ASQP: Airport: Dispatch & Schedule Reliability Report

In the Operations by Airport view of ASQP, the Dispatch & Schedule Reliability Report provides information about the number of operations, flight interruptions (delays, cancellations, turnbacks, and diversions), and the Percent Dispatch Reliability and Percent Schedule Reliability.

Percent Dispatch Reliability is defined as the percentage of flights that departed as scheduled without delays or cancellations. Percent Schedule Reliability is defined as the percentage of arrivals and departures that arrived or departed as scheduled without schedule interruptions (delays, cancellations, turnbacks, or diversions). (sources: Holloway [2003] and Friend [1992]).
