The Comparison Summary Report of City Pair Enroute compares averages of enroute metrics at selected city pairs.

The report displays the following variables:
- Flights for Enroute Computation
- Average Excess Time Flown
- Average (Time Flown Minus Unimpeded Time)
- Average Excess Miles Flown
- Average Speed
