ASPM Efficiency: SAER For Reportable Hours Report

The SAER for Reportable Hours report of ASPM Efficiency provides departure and arrival efficiency rates per 24-hour period compared to the reportable hours for the same facility. Reportable hours are intended to represent the busiest hours of the day for each airport and are used to calculate metrics such as the Average Daily Capacity (ADC) limited to those hours.
