What happened to "Instrument Operations"?

Instrument Operations has been replaced by “TRACON Operations” for Add facilities and “Tower Operations” for Non-add facilities. Primary, secondary, and overflight operations are now counted as IFR TRACON Operations. Stage III and TCA operations are counted as VFR TRACON Operations. The replacement occurred to include secondary operations counts for non-TRACON facilities like JFK airport.
