ASPM Data System Rules of Behavior:

**Warning** This is a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) system. FAA systems, including all related equipment, networks, and network devices (specifically including Internet access) are provided for the processing of official U.S. Government information. Unauthorized access or use of this system may subject violators to criminal, civil, and/or administrative action. All information on this system may be intercepted, recorded, read, copied, and disclosed by and to authorized personnel for official purposes, including criminal investigations. Access or use of this system by any person, whether authorized or unauthorized, constitutes consent to these terms above and below.

• I will comply with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) policies, regulations and guidelines regarding the protection, handling, processing, transmission, distribution, and destruction of sensitive unclassified information designated "For Official Use Only".
• I will not knowingly introduce any malicious code into the network nor will I attempt to bypass or circumvent network security features or mechanisms.
• I will protect passwords issued to me and will not disclose them to anyone. I understand that password sharing or the use of another user's ID and password is prohibited. I will request for my password to be changed when I suspect that it may have been compromised.
• I will protect sensitive unclassified information from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, misuse, damage, or theft.
• I will immediately notify the ASPM Data Systems Administrator when I no longer require access to any of the ASPM Data Systems that require a login because of transfer, completion of project, retirement, or termination of employment.
• I will not copy or remove copies of software licensed to DOT without proper authorization nor will I import or use unauthorized software, firmware, or hardware in the work environment.
• I will only access the areas for which I am authorized:

1. I acknowledge receipt of, understand my responsibilities, and will comply with the rules of behavior for the FAA ASPM Data Systems.

2. I understand that failure to comply with any or all of the above security requirements could result in the loss of my system privileges.
